About

Noah is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina and is a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from North Carolina A&T State University before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He is now based in Miami, FL, where he works with athletes and active individuals across all levels.

He combines his background in physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and sports performance to create a personalized, holistic approach that supports optimal health, efficient movement, and peak performance.

Work

Noah provides physical therapy, recovery, and performance training for athletes and active individuals across the NBA, NFL, WNBA, NCAA, high school and youth sports, as well as the wider Miami community. He supports clients in improving their overall health, enhancing movement quality, and performing with confidence through personalized, high-quality care tailored to their goals.
